It happened during last winter in my village. 开始学习		At first, the day started off with very nice weather and there were no signs that something incredible would happen.
There was a small beautiful lake in the village. People enjoyed walking there with pleasure contemplating a lovely view. 开始学习		Children were skating on the frozen lake in the winter.
That day I went for a walk with my dog. 开始学习		I was following a path near the lake as usual, but my dog was very nervous and didn’t react to my voice.
I ignored my dog’s mood and I was walking near the lake and was breathing with clean air. 开始学习		Suddenly I saw a boy skating on the lake.
He was jumping and spinning on the ice like an Olympic champion. 开始学习		His mother was standing nearby and was staring at him.
Be careful! She called to him when I came to a stop at the path to watch the boy’s spin. 开始学习		At that moment the boy lost his balance and fell over.
The ice creaked and broke. 开始学习		As soon as I saw the boy drowning, I ran onto the frozen lake and managed to get him back to the path save and sound.
He was completely scared and his clothes were soaking wet. 开始学习		His mother rushed to me and took me in her arms.
Thank you! You saved my son’s life! She said crying. 开始学习		I felt like a hero.
It was unbelievable, but it really happened. 开始学习		In fact, I was a hero.
